Is SagaPages free?
Yes to start. The Free plan includes 20 credits at signup with no credit card. Paid subscriptions add monthly credits and HD export.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy a one-time credit pack or subscribe to Plus, Pro, or Pro+ for monthly top-ups. Credits are shown before you generate.
Can I print storybooks on the free plan?
You can export pages on the free tier at limited resolution. HD export for printing is included on paid plans. Hardcover print and shipping are charged only after you confirm the order at checkout.
Is commercial use allowed?
Paid plans include commercial-use terms in our Terms of Service. Review the FAQ and Terms before client work.
How many credits does a storybook cost?
About 5 credits per successfully illustrated page. Books can be 4–24 pages — a typical 8–16 page bedtime story uses roughly 40–80 credits. Creating or confirming a custom character portrait costs 3 credits. Regenerating a single page with Magic Editor costs 5 credits when the new illustration succeeds. Story Assist and illustrations share one credit pool. Credits never expire.
